NBO treatment inhibits gp91phoxinduction in ischemic brain tissue after 90-min MCAO with 22.5 hrs of reperfusion. Nonischemic (Non-I) and ischemic (I) hemispheric brain tissue was homogenized for analyzing gp91phoxprotein levels with western blot.
